The Advisory Group
In order to ensure the originality, relevance and rigour of our research, we have consituted an Advisory Group. The Advisory Group consists of prestigious members from various fields, such as the academia, government, Non-government agencies, think-tanks and the media. The main aim of the Group is to enhance the rigour, relevance and impact of this research project on the impacts of Chinese aid, trade and investment on the politics of selected African countries. The Group meets regularly to discuss and advise on the policy relevance of the research by keeping the project team abreast of emerging policy initiatives and requirements. The members also review the progress of the research in terms of phasing and milestones and advise on future directions of the research.
